We begin by delving into your expectations, struggles, and current habits.
Establishing where you are now and where you’d like to be provides the foundation for designing a system of movement that is tailored specifically to you and your unique work and life situation.
PHASE 2 🔸 BEGIN YOUR BUILD
In this phase, we begin building healthy movement habits that fit your interests, preferences, and goals, and that can be integrated into your busy schedule.
We build small and steady in this phase to avoid the pitfall of radical and unsustainable change. Yet, in just a few weeks, you'll be feeling better and better.
PHASE 3 🔸 EXPAND YOUR FOOTPRINT
In the next phase, we expand on the healthy habits you’ve already put in place.
The solid foundation of the previous phases make this development easy because you are now experiencing how movement throughout the day improves so many aspects of your health and wellbeing.
PHASE 4 🔸 MAINTAIN STABILITY
In the final phase, we solidify your systems of healthy movement.
Maybe work travel, time-sensitive projects, or additional family responsibilities have thrown you off course in the past. We will make sure you have strategies to help you maintain your healthy habits even in those difficult times.

What’s included:
Coaching Sessions -- 15 individual virtual sessions over 6 months
Monthly Movement/Activity Analyses -- These provide valuable insights into your past and present successes and challenges while shedding light on best next steps. [This is NOT a fitness assessment that asks for any bio data.]
Premium Blueprint: This is based on the analyses and our session discussions, and entails:
monthly SOAR report that reveal your strengths, opportunities, aspirations, and results,
exploration of movement habits you enjoy and that can easily be integrated into your busy schedule,
strategies for habit-formation and maintenance,
an online interactive habit tracker with a progress dashboard and real-time coach feedback throughout the week,
curated resources specific to your needs and interests, and
a final progress report with suggestions for future growth and sustainability.
By the end of our time together, you will be leading that active lifestyle you've been dreaming of, and you'll know how to maintain it, come what may!

Accountability Blueprint: This is based on the analyses and our session discussions, and entails:
an initial SOAR report that reveals your strengths, opportunities, aspirations, and results,
strategies for getting your chosen movement habits to really stick,
an online interactive habit tracker with coach feedback once weekly,
access to a wide array of resources, and
a final progress report with suggestions for future growth and sustainability.
By the end of our time together, you will no longer need an accountability partner / coach because you will be fully independent in your active lifestyle!

What’s included:
Questionnaire -- You'll complete a brief (15 mins) online questionnaire that provides a picture of your unique situation, challenges, and goals. [This is NOT a fitness assessment that asks for any bio data.]
Zoom Call -- We’ll set up a 45-min zoom call.
1st Steps Blueprint -- During our call, we'll go over this blueprint tailored specifically to you:
a SOAR report that reveals your strengths, opportunities, aspirations, and possible results
2 highly effective movement habits you can implement right away, and
a new habit tracker.
By the end of our time together, you’ll have already begun taking your 1st Steps toward that active lifestyle you dream of!
FAQs
How do we work on movement?
I do NOT:
prescribe any particular reps, sets, or activities, exercises, or "hacks."
adhere to the "no pain, no gain" mantra.
believe that beautiful or healthy bodies only come in one shape or size.
Instead, we WILL:
find activities that get you moving, ones that you actually enjoy and that fit into your day without taking time away from work or family.
focus on consistent effort, building slowly, and finding joy in moving without (or with fewer) aches and pains.
How long is each coaching session?
Each coaching session is 50 minutes, once per week.
The 1st Steps Session is 45 minutes one time.
What is the format of our coaching sessions?
I like to encourage clients to take our calls outside (with or without video) so that we can get out into the fresh air. Whenever possible, it's great to take this time for a leisurely walk-and-talk.
Otherwise, we will use video conferencing indoors to discuss progress and next steps.
Are payment plans available?
Yes, payment plans are available for the Premium Package and the Accountability Package.
There are two ways to pay:
PAY IN FULL: You can pay in full at the time of purchase.
PAYMENTS: You can make a one-time payment of (at least) 50% of the full package price at the time of purchase and then pay the remainder in 3 installments. -- Please note that this option requires a 10% service fee.
